Emergency Room/Urgent Care Facility (billed by facility as part of the Emergency Room/Urgent Care visit) Independent X-Ray and/or Lab Facility Independent X-Ray and/or Lab Facility (in conjunction with an Emergency Room visit) $200 copayment per procedure, plus 20% of charges. $25 or $50 copayment per office visit 20% of charges. No charge. At out-patient facilities, your doctor’s office and in the emergency room, you pay a $100 copay per type of scan per day. Open Access: During a physician’s office visit, at an in-patient or out-patient facility, or at an emergency room or urgent care center, you pay 30% of the bill, after your annual deductible is met.

COVID-19 diagnostic visits: Cigna is waiving out-of-pocket costs for COVID-19 visits with in-network providers, whether at a provider’s office, urgent care center, emergency room, or via virtual care, through the Public Health Emergency (PHE) period, currently scheduled to end on April 20, 2021.

Although Con Edison currently sponsors the Retiree Health Program, the information above does not alter the company’s right to change or terminate the program at any time due to changes in laws governing employee benefit plans, the requirements of the Internal Revenue Code, Employee Retirement Income Security Act, or for any other reason. The company is not obligated to contribute any fixed amount or percentage of program costs.
